We deliver both potassium and salt. Most customers schedule their deliveries every two to four months depending on how much salt or potassium you and your family uses. A good rule of thumb is to figure that water softeners generally use 1/2 bag of salt/potassium per person per month.
The Mr. Philter pros will help set you up on a plan that is works best for you. Along with your delivery, we conduct a free, 10 point inspection of your water softener on each delivery to make sure all the components are functioning properly on your water softener.
